• How long does it take to build a granny flat? — Most granny flats take 12–16 weeks from DA/CDC approval to completion. The approval process itself typically adds 6–12 weeks depending on your council and the approval pathway chosen. We guide you through every step to keep things moving as fast as possible.
• Do I need council approval for a granny flat? — In most NSW councils, granny flats under 60m² on lots over 450m² can be approved via a fast-track Complying Development Certificate (CDC) — no full DA needed. Our team handles all lodgement and correspondence on your behalf.
• What is a fixed-price contract? — Our fixed-price contracts mean the price we quote you is the price you pay — no surprise variations, no hidden preliminaries. Inclusions are clearly itemised in writing before you sign anything.
